Kembra L Smith

Ms. Smith focuses her practice on U.S. immigration and nationality law, and on federal appellate practice. Ms. Smith represents foreign nationals in immigration matters before the U.S. Immigration and Citizenship Service and immigration court in seeking asylum, applying for cancellation of removal, or seeking other forms of relief before the immigration judge. She also prepares appeals to the Board of Immigration Appeals and federal circuit courts, and writs of mandamus to the federal district court requesting adjudication of applications.

Ms. Smith brings over 35 years of experience in the state and federal trial and appellate courts in agency, civil, and criminal matters. She was previously employed by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, with the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, and by the state of Florida.

Susana Rodriguez

Susana’s family migrated from the Dominican Republic to New York, where she was born, in the 1970’s.  She is fluent in both English and Spanish and has been helping the immigrant community as a paralegal since 2010. Her  experience has provided her with a diverse skill set, from family-based immigration to litigation. Susana possess a true passion for the field, and genuinely enjoys serving the community. In her spare time she loves  to spend time with her family, travel, and enjoys dining out.

I have a decade of management experience with a leading establishment in Dubai plus over 25 years with a leading airline in the USA has armed me with International experience that brings me closer to other cultures, ideas, values, beliefs and religions. This has created opportunities for my growth and development to be a part of a more collaborative global community.

Jean Hernandez

Jean Hernandez is a Venezuelan immigrant. He obtained the title of Lawyer in Venezuela in 2012. His work was focused on the help, orientation, and representation of the victims on behalf of the Venezuelan State. That is why one of his passions is helping people in legal processes, helping, and guiding them in accordance and compliance with the laws to obtain viable solutions to their legal problems.

He came to the United States in 2016 and since then has gained experience and skills in family immigration. He hopes to become a Paralegal specializing in immigration in the United States.

Ruth Reyes

Ruth was born and raised in the peach state, Georgia. She comes from a very diverse Hispanic family from Cuba, Dominican Republic, and El Salvador. She is fluent in English and Spanish and can understand a little bit of Portuguese. Currently, she is enrolled in Chattahoochee Technical College where she will receive her Associates Degree in Criminal Justice. Eventually, she wishes to become a Special Victims’ Detective.

Ruth chooses this career because she is inspired to helping others in legal situations and wants to give back to her community.
