For Individuals…
One of our specialties includes helping clients file for family based visas. One such visa is the K-1, designed for those wishing to seek legal entry for a fiancé living abroad. K-2 visas are available for the children of said fiancés. K-3 and K-4 visas function similarly, but are for the spouses, not fiancés, of United States citizens, and their children.
Also popular is assisting clients with family based petitions. We can help you, for instance, in filing an I-130 and an Adjustment of Status (I-485). We also provide support for consular processing outside of the United States. Another popular service includes filing for the I-601 waver, intended for clients with unlawful presence and/or criminal issues. The I-601A waiver, similar to the I-601, is intended for the same, but allows clients to apply from within the United States. We also offer support with Removal of Conditions via the I-751.
Immigration relief can also be obtained by filing for asylum. For those who qualify, this presents a viable path to citizenship. Other possibilities include filing for a U-Visa, for a victim of a crime committed inside the United States, and VAWA, for women who have suffered at the hands of an aggressor.
DEFFERED ACTION FOR CHILDHOOD ARRIVALS (DACA) is another immigration benefit available to those whom were born on or after June 16, 1981 and whom entered the country without inspection before June 15, 2012,or whose immigration status expired before that date. Please contact us and schedule for a consult to see if you qualify.
